Kirti. Shah He specializes in company commercial work and conveyancing with particular emphasis on commercial and residential leases. He has also variously advised on all aspects of joint ventures and financing, restructuring and management buy outs, sale and purchase of shares and businesses, mergers and acquisitions,

Rita joined the firm in 1989 and is a partner in the firm. She holds an LLB from the London School of Economics and Political Science and qualified as a Solicitor in UK in 1984. She is a corporate and commercial lawyer with particular emphasis on banking and corporate finance. She has undertaken all kinds of banking and financial transactions, project financing, loan syndication’s and loan secularization..

Philip graduated in 1997 with an LLB from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwade University, India. He thereafter qualified as an advocate in Kenya and was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in the year 2000. He joined the firm as an assistant advocate in 2004 and now heads the Litigation Department.

He is experienced in civil and criminal litigation with particular emphasis on litigation relating to personal injury and other insurance claims, landlord and tenant disputes, employment and labour disputes, debt recovery, intellectual property disputes

Heeral Vora is an assistant with the firm having completed a B.A. in Law from the University of Kent at Canterbury in UK.

She provides assistance to the partners in all the work undertaken by them as well as servicing her own clients in conveyancing, company and commercial field.

Ms. Brenda Marai is an advocate and joined the firm in the year 2019. She assists our partner Mr. Kirti Shah in all conveyancing and commercial matters whilst also having her own portfolio of clients.

Mr. Oliver Kibagadi joined the firm as an advocate in 2020 and he too provides legal assistance to the partners.

Thus the firm has 6 advocates and 12 supporting staff comprising of secretaries and legal clerks.
